KCR suggestions to Modi about Gold
It is known that, the Centre is even eyeing on the gold purchases after the demonetization and even announced the limits a household can possess legally. Keeping this in mind, Telangana Chief Minister KCR has revealed that Prime Minister Narendra Modi asked him how much gold he possessed.
In a recent meeting with Modi, TS CM said that Modi asked him about the gold in his possession. "After answering him how much gold I and my wife possess, I advised the PM not to go after the gold possessed by women as it is a matter of sentiment to them. The government will target only the gold that is in the form of bars and biscuits but not the inherited one. We must support the move of PM," KCR said.
Not only making positive statements about PM, KCR even warned that he would not tolerate if Modi unjustly imposes curbs on gold possessed by women.
