Fake police ran away with Rs. 34 lakh new notes
Laxman Rao, a businessman from Khammam, came to Hyderabad to exchange his new notes with the old notes on commission basis.
With Rs. 34 lakhs cash consisting of the new notes, while he was dealing with a few people who came for exchanging the notes, four unidentified people reached out to him, saying that they were police.
They took the cash bag and moved outside, asking Laxman Rao to follow them. But before the latter came out of the guest house, the four people escaped from the spot.
Worried over this, Laxman Rao approached the police station and the police registered the complaint and started investigating the case, to know whether the four people are real police or fake.
