AP Govt to launch cashless transactions
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has been always first in the list to encourage the online transactions. It is known that, he was even one among few of the biggies who suggested demonetization to the Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Now moving a step ahead, Naidu's government is all set to launch cashless transactions from 1st of December. Firstly, Visakhapatnam in the state will experience this initiative.
Visakha district Collector Praveen Kumar said that as per the instructions of Naidu, all the government offices will be installing the PoS machines. The collector said that indents have been placed to other important government run bodies by the civil supplies department. The regional transport authority (RTA) has already introduced PoS machines for its transactions.
