Ola cabs launches mobile ATMs
As the public is struggling to withdraw the cash at the overcrowded ATMs across the country, Ola cabs has launched mobile ATMs.
It is known that few petrol bunks launched the POS machines, through which the cash can be withdrawn using the debit cards. Even Ola followed the same and on a test basis, the facility is launched in its cabs in Hyderabad and Kolkata, where taxis with a bank officer and POS machine are parked at different locations and dispense cash of Rs 2,000 per card.
While Hyderabad has collaborated with SBI and Andhra Bank for the mobile ATMs, Kolkata is partnered with Punjab National Bank (PNB). Cars carrying POS machine are servicing citizens in popular areas in Hyderabad like KBR Park, JNTU, Inorbit Mall over the weekend.
