It is known that Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu is one among the few biggies, who suggested the ban of Rs. 500 and Rs. 1000 notes. After the official decision from Prime Minister Narendra Modi, it seems, Naidu is trying out his best to bag the credit.
Regarding this, apart from hailing Modi for his sensational decision, he is now showing his reluctance towards the new currency notes of the government.
In a press meet today, Naidu said that, there is no requirement of the new Rs. 500 and Rs. 2000 notes, as there is a possibility of pooling the black money again. He opined that, Rs. 2000 notes would create a huge disturbance to the Indian economy than before. So it is better to ban the high denominations and encourage the online transactions Naidu strictly said.
