Naidu to invite Dalai Lama to Amaravati
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu is planning to invite Spiritual Guru Dalai Lama for setting up Kalachakra, at AP proposed capital Amaravati. Buddhist heads from nearly 71 countries are invited to the event.
Naidu is keen to develop the tourist sports in AP for the convenience of the visitors. He directed the officials accordingly, at a meeting to review the progress of tourism spots in AP.
Adding to it, he is even planning to conduct an international Kuchipudi dance recital in AP next year. He guided the officials regarding the various plans to develop all kinds of tourism spots. He asked the officials to take suggestions from the Buddhist gurus. On Seetha Nagaram mountain, the state government is even planning to erect a huge Buddha statue.
