3 Afghan nationals detained in Telangana
Three among five Afghanistan nationals were detained at Allipur in Jagtiyal, Telangana. The locals suspected three of them selling sweets and informed the police, identifying that they were not Indians.
The detained three gave their names as Sher Ranjit, Rohan and Naki Balla and agreed that they were from Afghanistan. Two among three had passports and the other one had said that he misplaced his passport.
According to District Superintendent of Police Anantha Sarma , the other two are from Uttar Pradesh. He said that they would be questioned further to verify their credentials.
