All the opposition parties in Telangana are raising their bar against TRS and conducting several public meetings. Not giving them much leisure, the state government has now planned for a huge public meeting, which is scheduled to be held in December.
In this meeting, TRS showcases its strong hold in all the 31 districts in Telangana and is aiming to attract public through welfare and development schemes, TRS government launched in the last 2.5 years.
Reportedly, this would be the biggest public meeting conducted by any political party till date in India. Before that, KCR planned to constitute the party's district committees for all 31 districts and also a strong state executive. Reportedly, CM has decided to fill all the nominated posts within 15 days.
Regarding the strengthening of TRS, KCR held a meeting with Finance minister E Rajendar and discussed the formation of party committees in Karimnagar district. The TRS Chief told the minister that the district party committees would be created with 24 members including President and General Secretaries in big districts having population more than 10 lakhs. The strength of the committees in small districts would not cross 15 members.
