Bomb hits train in Pakistan, 6 killed
At least 6 people killed and 14 got wounded in a bomb blast in a passenger train in Pakistan’s southwest.
According to the official reports, the bomb went off near the village of Mach in Balochistan province, when the train was heading to the garrison city of Rawalpindi from Quetta, the provincial capital.
The police said that, the bombs were planted on the track at a short distance from each other and exploded within a span of 20 minutes. “Six persons were killed and 14 others injured in the attack,” a police official said.
After the blast, an emergency has been declared at all the state run hospitals and all the injured have been shifted to Quetta. Condemning the attack, Balchistan Chief Minister Nawaz Sanaullah Zehri ordered the provincial police chief to arrest the culprits. As of now, no one claimed responsibility for the attack.
