After the MET department warned that Hyderabad is going to witness heavy rains for two more days, Minister KTR is alerting all the rescue teams. Adding to it, he even informed that, Rs. 20000 crore is required to repair the roads, drainage system and potholes in one and a half year.
'Our focus would be on it soon after the completion of rescue and relief works. Saying that total picture will be changed overnight will be exaggeration. We could provide temporary relief for now. Within one-and-a-half year, We would be completing all the works by taking it as a challenge,' KTR said.
Colonel Vashist, along with his Team are on the field from today. Municipal Minister KTR thanked Army Personnel for their efforts and support in the need of the hour. Adding to it, he also informs that, GHMC Mayor, Commissioner, Officials & Staff were at work along with him.
