The Telangana government is soon going to set up a BC Commission in the state and regarding this, Chief Minister KCR had directed the officials to take steps.
Reportedly, KCR ordered the officials to set up one residential school in each district exclusively for BCs. For an elaborate discussion on setting up of BC commission, the cabinet is likely to meet on 26th of this month. Criticizing that, the study centers in Telangana remained just for namesake, KCR said that, a proper action plan should be prepared to make them grow financially.
Not just the BC commission set up, but also several other issues like setting up of Police Commissionerates in Karimnagar and Nizamabad, would also come to the discussion during the cabinet meeting, the reports say.
Keeping in view the increase in population, in spite of having the municipal corporations, KCR had ordered the officials to strengthen the police department too.
