Formation of the new districts in Telangana is one such issue, the state government is still, unable to come to a point. 

While the government is keen to increase the number of districts from the existing 10, several problems are stopping it from dealing the issue properly. While the earlier problems were from the opposition parties, currently, even the TRS party activists are obstructing the way, state government is forming the new districts.

It is known that KTR is representing Siricilla in Telangana. Now the oppositions are demanding to make Siricilla as a separate district. Shockingly, even a few of the TRS activists are participating in the protest. But the government is strictly against making Siricilla as a separate district. Making a statement regarding this, KTR said that, it is not possible to make Siricilla as a district, but assured to set up a railway line, medical and engineering colleges in the town.

KTR clarified that, the state government never promised to make Siricilla as a district. After the possibilities are analyzed, the need of making Siricilla as a district did not arise.
