Not just a namesake temple, but Telangana Chief Minister KCR is planning to construct Yadadri temple in a huge manner, with Yadadri city in 850 acres. 

Regarding this, KCR analyzed all the layouts and plans of the temple and is estimating that, everyday, large number of people gather at the temple and so 850 acres Yadadri city would be justifiable. Regarding this, KCR has ordered to complete the first stage of works in 250 acres.

Here is the detailed classification of 850 acres of Yadadri city, according to CM.

- 200 Cottages to devotees visiting temple.

- Food courts in 3.5 acres

- Drinking water and Boil water management system in 7 acres.

- Parks and other recreation facilities in 12 acres

- Highways in 62 acres

- Two seperate highways to reach the Yadadri hill

- Landscaping for environmental protection in 26 acres

- Filling the nature beauty around the hill in 42 acres

- Singareni, Genco and other corporate companies support for the construction of Yadadri cottages.

- 1000-1500 yards open plots to corporate companies.

- Administrative staff.
