Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, who reached out to High Court, seeking to keep him away from cash for vote case interrogation, has got a positive approval. The Court ordered for the stay and told YSRCP MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy to file the counter petition in Telangana ACB court, within 8 weeks. So till then, Naidu would be undisturbed regarding the case. 

But the other accused, including Revanth Reddy needs to face the interrogation and if they move to the court for the stay, the interrogation may stop. Meanwhile, Ramakrishna Reddy has now announced that, he would move to the Supreme Court for the proper justice. If that happens, Naidu has to face the apex court and using his political influence may come out of the case. But the cash for vote case would back him throughout the political life and impact his political career, big time.
