It is known that Telangana ACB court has ordered the ACB officials to investigate all the accused in cash for vote case- Sebastian, Matthaiah, Udaya Simha, Revanth Reddy and Chandrababu Naidu.

This is worrying the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and he has now reached out to High Court and appealed to put him out of ACB investigation. To his fortune, TRS leaders are away from reacting against the issue, and even YSRCP Chief Jagan surprisingly is maintaining mum. But it is because of a few of the YSRCP officials, the case is moving forward and Sakshi media is targeting Naidu, to the best it can.

If at all the high court accepts the petition and orders stay, then the people who want to move against Naidu, should go to Supreme Court and if the court cancels, then Naidu, to defend himself has to reach out to the apex court. Adding to it, if Naidu gets stay, even other accused may do the same. 

However, with the influence of a Chief Minister, Naidu may be out of the case, but the impact of it, would be on his political career, the analysts opine.
