Agreement between Telangana-Maharashtra signed
Telangana Chief Minister KCR and Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis have joined hands together for the construction of three barrages on Godavari River. The agreement has been signed in Sahyadri guest house and CM KCR on behalf of Telangana people had thanked Maharashtra CM.
KCR further said that, Telangana state would always have those friendly relations with Maharashtra and would not mind to come forward to support the state in the required situations. Without the interference of the Central government, a historical agreement like this should be appreciated. The irrigation ministers of both the states have strived for this project and they deserve loud appreciations, KCR said.
