One of the close friends of Nayeem, Ramakrishna Reddy, has revealed about the harassment his family faced when the gangster was alive.

'Nayeem is my Degree classmate. We used to frequently go to each other's houses and have done combined studies. He changed after an incident in the final year and that's when he became a criminal. He was absconding after the murder of the top cop Vyas,' Reddy said.

When asked why his brother was killed by Nayeem, Reddy said, “When Nayeem encroached our relative land, without knowledge of his involvement, we backed our relative. But after knowing the gangster’s involvement, we did not involve in the issue. Thereafter, our relative pressurized Nayeem, using influential leaders contacts and this made the gangster give away the property. That's for the first time, Nayeem has let go an encroached land. After this incident, Nayeem alleged that he lost the property only because of us and my brother has conspired with SP to kill him. He killed my brother at LB Nagar.”

Revealing that level of anger Nayeem had, Reddy further said, “Nayeem even tried to kill me, but somehow I managed to escape. He threatened kill my entire family. Later, we paid a huge amount to save our family from him. He even killed my friend at Bus stand'.
