Telangana IT Minister KTR and Irrigation Minister Harish Rao are the front runners in the ranking system, which the state Chief Minister KCR has introduced recently.

Foreign visits KTR made in the recent times, and achieving the investments in IT and Industry sector, made him a good ranker, and Mission Kakatiya project and the progress of it day to day is the reason to pick Harish Rao, according to KCR. 

KCR is highly convinced with the performance of both the Ministers and is unable to choose one among them as the best one, unwilling to disappoint the other best performing one.  

As per the CMO sources,  Forest minister J Ramanna stood 3rd rank for conducting Haritha Haram successfully and then Agriculture Minister P Srinivasa Reddy is occupying 4th position, followed by Housing Minister A Indrakaran Reddy in 5th and Energy Minister G Jagadish Reddy in 6th.

Meanwhile, Education Minister Kadiyam Srihari has been ranked below average, for the leakage of the EAMCET 2 paper.
