HC accepts fresh G.O., all set for Mallanna project
After facing two back to back jolts from the high court regarding G.O.123, the Telangana government has introduced G.O.190, which was even appreciated by the high court and permitted it. With the fresh G.O. except the farmers who sacrificed their lands for Mallanna Sagar project, no opposition party leader or any politician has right to take over the government.

But the High Court also said that, the state government can only take the lands from the government, if the farmers are willing to give it, but cannot grab the lands.
Can a common man, all alone move to the court, against the government? It is almost impossible, without political support. So this G.O.190 is expected to mostly favor the state government, but might jolt the farmers.
