Krishna Pushkaraalu takes a grand start in Telangana
Krishna Pushkaraalu have been officially launched in Telangana state today. Chief Minister KCR, along with his family has took the holy dip at Gondimalla Ghat, Alampur Mandal, Mahabubnagar district.
After the formation of the Telangana state, being the most popular event that comes only in 12 years, the Telangana government has took it as a prestige to make all the arrangements grandly.
57 pushkar ghats in Mahabubnagar district and 28 in Nalgonda have been arranged and 13474 police will be monitoring the situations, so that no unfortunate situations take place. Right from the early morning itself, the devotees have turned to the ghats in the large numbers and are taking the holy dips.
