As announced before, Telangana government is planning to implement the functioning of the new districts by Dussehra and regarding this, a draft plan would be out on or before 10th of this month. Any discrepancies that arise after the release of the notification, will be encouraged upto 30 days. The district collector will analyze this and take it forward to Revenue Department Chief and CCLA (Chief Commissioner of Land Administration).
Telangana government is keen of 13 new districts, making the taking the total districts number to 23. Proposals to make Siricilla and Nirmal as seperate districts has been put aside. So Manchiryala (Komuram Bheem), Jagityala, Bhupalapally (Acharya Jayashankar), Mahaboobabad, Kamareddy, Sangareddy, Siddhipet, Wanaparthy, Nagarkurnool, Suryapet, Yadadri (Bhuvanagiri), Kothagudem and Secunderabad will be set up as the new districts.
