Telangana government is soon going to launch prepaid current meters in the state. 

It is known that the way government offices give negligent attention to electricity and do not mind about the lights and fans running all the day. This is now going to turn fatigue to all such officials as the government is planning to set up prepaid current meters. 

Regarding this, the government on the beforehand is going to pay the bills and allot electricity and all the offices will be forced to use the limited electricity. This is expected to threaten the officials for the wastage of electricity and so would be using it in limited amount.

As an experiment, the government in the beginning will set up 200 prepaid meters, out of which 100 will be single phase and 100 will be three phase. If this works out well, stage wise, in all 25000 government offices, these prepaid current meters will be set up.
