Crime Investigation Department (CID) has decided not put cases against the students, who are responsible for the leakage of EAMCET 2 paper.
Earlier, when PG Medical entrance test paper was leaked, even students had to face the legal charges. But this time, as the students are below 18, keeping in mind their future, CID has decided not to move against any student, but the parents would face all the relevant cases.
Explaining the reason behind ignoring the students, the CID officials said that, the students are unaware of the paper leakage. Only their parents are in tough with the brokers and agents who leaked the paper, taking amount from the parents. Later, all the students were moved to a place suggested by the brokers and agents and were allowed to read only those questions in the question papers.
