Bonalu in bhadrachalam takes new heights
One of the popular festivals of Telangana, Bonalu is being celebrated by the Telanganites in a grand manner. In Bhadrachalam, the child artists, took out a colorful cultural procession highlighting the glory of Bonalu festivities.
The people were seen carrying the earthen pots embellished with neem leaves, enthusiastically participated in the cultural procession. Began at Thatha Gudi centre, the Bonalu procession pulsated the traditional drum beats depicting the significance of the popular festival of Telangana.
The main streets of Bhadrachalam were filled with the colourful procession, much to the delight of devotees, who flocked to the temple town in large numbers to participate in Antya Pushkaralu.
