To provide awareness for the deadly disease Cancer and also medical assistance, few free camps are being held in Miryalaguda, with the financial assistance from the NRIs.

The two day camp will be held today and tomorrow and the popular Basavatharakam Indo American, Cancer hospital and Research Institute is also the part of this programme. Rotary club of Miryalaguda and Mana Miryalaguda are assisting this programme, along with District NRI Foundation (DNF), which has already conducted free camps in the recent past and upon the public turning to the venue in the large numbers, standing in the queues, more number of camps are being planned. According to the official reports, around 600 people were benefited through this free camp.  

Appreciating the efforts of the volunteers, the recent Congress to TRS shifted leader Guttha Sukhendar Reddy, has addressed a public meeting and opined that these type of programmes are essential to eradicate the deadly diseases.
