Koramenu declared as Telangana state fish
The Telangana government has officially declared Koramenu to be the state fish. Regarding this, under the leadership of the Chief Minister KCR, a G.O was also issued.
It is known that, earlier, the TRS government has already announced Palapitta as State bird, Tangedu puvvu as State flower, Mango as State fruit, Jammi tree as State tree, Kabbaddi as State play and Krishna Jinka (deer) as State animal.
Injecting the feeling of Telangana deeply, the government is making its best efforts to dig out all the notable things of the then ancient Telangana state, the analysts opine.
