It is known that AIMIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi has extended his support to give legal aid towards IS suspects arrested in Hyderabad. But shockingly, those kin of Hyderabad IS suspect, rejected Owaisi's legal aid, leaving the Telangana MP embarrassed. 

Adding to it, the kin also accused Owaisi of giving the case, political colour and sought Rs 1 crore compensation. Relatives of Ibrahim Yazdani and Ilyas Yazdani moved a petition in the State Human Rights Commission (SHRC) and slammed political parties including AIMIM for communalising the case. 

“Each and every party across the country, including MIM of Hyderabad, are taking undue advantage of this false case of NIA, playing vote bank politics, polarising the votes in the name of religion, brutally hurting the feelings of Muslims living in the country ,” Yazdanis’ family members Nadera and Mohammed Ishaq Yazdani said in the petition.
