Haritha Haram in Hyderabad today
Telangana government which has been launched Haritha Haram on a broader scale, and is planting the saplings, will perform the same today in Hyderabad.
Aiming at planting 25 lakh saplings in one day, Telangana government is speeding up the operations. Crossing the limit, Metropolitan Municipal Corporation is aiming at planting 35 lakh saplings and regarding this, it has made all the arrangements in 4173 areas.
Governor Narasimhan has participated in this mega event, planting the sapling in Dilkusha guest house. Starting from there, Telangana Chief Minister KCR has done the same at NIMS hospital. Along with the state and Central government, 104 private organizations are coming forward to take participation in this mega event.
