ESL Narasimhan, who has an experience of working as a governor for about a decade (From 2007 in Chattisgarh), is unable to do nothing but maintaining mum on the ongoing high court issue or any other issue in the Telugu states.
The Telangana Chief Minister KCR even declared to go on protest in Delhi for the separate high Court. But many opined that, the issue would be solved with the governor’s interference. BJP leader Laxman has already raised his voice towards governor, asking him to respond and even KCR has recently met the official at Raj Bhavan. But nothing as of now was heard from him.
In that sense, not just this, even earlier, in the water distribution conflict between the Telugu states, the controversy got a comma, after governor arranged a meeting with the dual state Chief Ministers KCR and Chandrababu Naidu. But even then, comments were out, stating that, governor could not play his role well.
Even in the recent Krishna water distribution, it is known that, Central minister Uma Bharathi has participated in the meeting with both CMs. If the governor has involved here, the situation would have been different, the analysts say.
Whatever be the reason, if Mr. Narasimhan continues to maintain the same mum in all the proceeding issues of the Telugu states, then soon, he will face the right jolt from the public, the analysts opine.
