Electricity charges discounted to industries
Telangana government which has recently hiked the electricity charges is known that, it has decided to take the hike to 7%. But, upon taking the requests from a few of the industries, the government has now taken decision to reduce Rs. 2 per unit on spinning mills and Rs. 1.50 on Ferro alloys. These discounted prices will continue the same for over a year.
As the power charges are discounted for the industries, even the individuals or to say the households are expected to fight against the government, and seek the discount, says the analysts. Then, how the state government would react to it, would really be a tough question.
