TSRTC hiked bus charges list
As reported yesterday, Telangana government today has come up with the bus charges hike today. Minister Mahendar Reddy has announced the hikes and here is the detailed list of it.
Palle Velugu buses- Up to 30 km- Rs. 1 hike, more than 30 km- Rs. 2 hike
All city buses – 10% hike
Express and other city services- 10% hike
Express buses- Rs. 0.79- Rs. 0.87 hike/ kilometre
Super luxury buses- Rs. 1.05- Rs.1.16/ kilometre
Deluxe- Rs. 0.89- Rs. 0.98/ kilometre
Indra buses- Rs. 1.32- Rs. 1.46/ kilometre
Garuda- Rs. 1.71 hike/ kilometre
Garuda Plus- Rs. 1.82 hike/ kilometre
Even the bus passes rates will be hiked and that list will be out soon. All the hiked rates would be effective from 27th of this month. With the new hike, RTC is going to get an additional revenue of Rs.286 crores.
