No land acquisition, nothing- High Court says to T-govt.
Telangana government which has planned to implement the land acquisition had to face shock from the High Court.
Referring to the Paalamooru, Rangareddy projects, for which the government introduced G.O.123, the High Court obstructed the KCR’s government from implementing it. Not stopping there, the Court said to quote the prices as per the majority of the farmers who are ready to pay and ordered to take only their lands. Telangana government which was shocked to hear this has now fallen into the deep dilemma.
It is to be noted that, Telangana Chief Minister KCR who is tagged as unstoppable in the state, is receiving continuous jolts from the High Court, right from the formation of the government.
