Aarushi Talwar murder case

The Allahabad High Court today acquitted the Talwar couple, saying CBI couldn't prove its case and there isn't any substantial evidence to proove they are guilty. The verdict ends the ordeal of the parents who were found guilty by a CBI court in the sensational double murder case. The nine-year trial in the murder of their daughter Aarushi had left the couple emotionally drained and exhausted.
During the time they spent in Dasna Jail, on the request of jail authorities Talwar couple revived the Dental Department in Jail and served the jail inmates who had dental problems.
Upon the verdict, “Rajesh and Nupur Talwar are happy, and said that they have got justice,” said DR Maurya, Jailor, Dasna Jail.
