Centre’s soft corner on Telangana!

Be it demonetization or GST, the Telangana government is always in support of the Central government. So the state government is now pinning high hopes on the Union Budget. Regarding this, it already sent proposals to the Centre.

Telangana Chief Minister KCR sought the Centre to declare Pranahita-Chevella as national project and funds for AIIMS and Tribal University. The state government is also expecting that the Centre will introduce more trains and sanction funds to Kazipet Railway Coach factory.

The Budget Session has begun today with President Pranab Mukherjee addressing a joint session of Parliament. The government will later table the Economic Survey of India. Finance Minister Arun Jaitley is scheduled to present the Union Budget on February 1st.
